About House Detectives
We are a home inspection company in Denver, Colorado, that provides buyers with a detailed evaluation of their homes. We were established in 1979 in the heart of Denver and take great pride in assessing the city’s old historic homes.

We service Greater Metro Denver and go as far north as Longmont, down south to Colorado Springs, and to the East; we cover Bennet to Conifer. As long as we’re informed in advance, we can adjust to service customers conveniently.

Our dream for the future is to upgrade with tools that make the job easier and safer. For example, we have changed our practices to offer radon through monitors instead of charcoal canisters.
